Any training lecture, powerpoint deck or classroom poster can introduce a company’s culture.

But how can training integrate that culture in a way that enables new employees to incorporate it into the service they deliver?

Hallmark, the premiere greeting-card company, challenged TalentSprout to do just that.

Hallmark wanted training courses that did more than instruct customer-service agents about their products and computer systems: they wanted new hires to fully understand Hallmark’s unique company culture so they could in turn better serve Hallmark’s equally unique set of customers.
